There is immediately this expectation within the article that those who are in the same party should be peaceful towards their representative. We see in this article a language of pandemonium and that many of the Representatives are not happy with what has been taking place. It seems that the article paints a distrusting Congress since there are controversies inside the GOP. I think using the language of the older members aging out or growing disinterest in being a part of the Energy and Commerce Committee.
